Founder’s Note

I dreamed up Golden Discovery during a season of reflection — a time when I was learning to turn transition into resilience, and solitude into creative leadership. What began as scavenger hunts in Ghana after being "stuck" there during COVID with my 6-year-old daughter soon grew into something bigger: a movement rooted in joy, cultural pride, and storytelling that educates and heals.

As a creative and self-taught chef, I’ve long been captivated by the vibrant imagery and poetic metaphors that pulse through Ghana’s streets, food and stories.  I find myself always collecting small, radiant fragments of magic through my own lens. Beneath it all, one question echoes: What are we really searching for — and what might we become when we find it?

Golden Discovery is my answer. It’s a space where curiosity meets culture, where play becomes purpose, and I’ve learned to craft experiences that blend strategy with soul, transforming interactive gameplay into gateways for cultural learning. Each mission invites you to explore Ghana’s golden resources — from the wisdom of elders to the rhythm of marketplaces, to the stories etched in Kente cloth. This is more than a scavenger hunt. It’s a celebration of heritage, a journey of curiosity, and an invitation to learn through joy.
